Build catalog from order history
Scans every unlinked order line. Items with an ASIN or UPC become catalog products automatically — title, brand, size, and cost filled from the order data. Lines without a strong identifier are skipped. Safe to re-run.
Amazon “Your Orders” export
Request it from Amazon under Account → Data and Privacy → Request Your Information → “Your Orders”. Unzip it, then paste the folder path here. This reads the order history and refund files only, and re-running it is safe — existing orders are updated in place rather than duplicated.
For anything else: retailer sheets never match. Map columns once, save a profile (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Macy’s, Kohl’s, 5 Below, or your own), dry-run, then commit. Duplicate order numbers under the same retailer are skipped.
